Gaspa Ngowi

Gaspa Ngowi has over 13 years of work experience. GASPA started their career in 2009 as a Customer Service Manager at StarTimes, where they worked for 8 years. GASPA then served as a Senior Operations Specialist and later as the Head of Operations at StarTimes. In 2022, Gaspa joined Airtel Tanzania as the Head of Retail Operations and Governance. Their responsibilities include recruitment, management, and support of Airtel Shops, implementation and control of retail operations, driving retail operations framework for customer acquisition and compliance, and optimizing operating costs.

Gaspa Ngowi attended the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 2006 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus in Accounting. GASPA then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General from UDSM from 2012 to 2015. In 2019, Gaspa enrolled at The Open University of Tanzania and successfully completed their Master of Monitoring and Evaluations degree in Project Management, which lasted until 2022. Currently, Gaspa is studying for a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Strategic Managements at UDSM, which began in 2020 and is expected to conclude in 2024.
