Joseph Mgullo

Joseph Mgullo has a strong background in network operations and quality. Joseph began their career at Celtel Tanzania limited as an Operations Manager, where they managed network operations, ensured compliance with quality KPIs and budget targets, and oversaw network facilities and logistics. Joseph then moved on to Zain Tanzania as a Transition Program Manager, responsible for planning and delivering the Managed Services Transition program. Joseph later joined Airtel Tanzania as the Head of Network Operations and Quality, where they provided strategic leadership and direction to the Networks Operations and Quality functions, and monitored and reviewed operational aspects such as network maintenance, optimization, and problem management.

Joseph Mgullo completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Science and Communications at the University of Dar es Salaam (UDSM) from 1998 to 2001. Joseph then pursued two Master of Business Administration degrees, specializing in General and Strategic Management, from both the Eastern and Southern African Management Institute (ESAMI) and the Maastricht School of Management, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
