Joan Kibirige

Joan Kibirige is an experienced professional in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Credit Collections Manager at Airtel Uganda since June 2023. Previously, Joan held multiple roles at AIRTEL, including Customer Relationship Manager and Credit Controller from February 2018 to May 2023. Joan began the career at Airtel Uganda as a Customer Service Representative from September 2014 to January 2018. Educationally, Joan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Public Relations from Uganda Christian University, obtained in September 2008.
