Hero Chimwano has extensive experience in customer service and revenue collection, currently serving as a Toll Revenue Collector at the Road Development Agency since December 2013, where responsibility includes the collection of toll revenue. From April 2010 to present, Hero holds the position of Senior Customer Support at Airtel T/A Celtel Zambia PLC, managing team members and addressing unresolved customer complaints. Previously, from 2005 to 2009, Hero worked as a General Insurance Sales Representative. Hero is an alumnus of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants, earning a ZICA Technician degree in Accounting and Finance between 2007 and 2009, and attended David Kaunda Technical School from 1997 to 1999.
