Russell Edmundson

Russell Edmundson has extensive work experience in the field of design. Russell currently holds a position as a Designer at NutraQ since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Defigo starting from November 2022. Before that, they were employed as a Designer at Reinhartsen Media AS from July 2022.

In 2021, Edmundson worked as a Graphic Designer at VitaeLab AS, where they provided design support for the vitamin supplement company in Scandinavia. Russell'sresponsibilities included retouching promotional images, creating DMs, packaging and production expertise, advertising banner campaigns, and POS materials.

In the year 2020, they worked as a Graphic Designer at Airthings. Russell also gained experience as a Photoshop Specialist at Optimalprint from November 2019 till February 2023.

From 2009 to 2021, Edmundson worked freelance, serving as a Senior Art Director. During this time, they gained experience in various roles such as Art Director of Mortgageport, Sydney Australia, Photoshopper for OptimalPrint, Art Director of marketing and advertising at Opal Minded, and Art Director of the launch phase of Berry Juicy Superfoods Australia. Russell'sresponsibilities included logo and brand guideline creation, shop fit-out, POS menu design, and app design.

Before that, they worked as an Art Director at GSL Promotus from July 2018 to June 2019, and at A. Royale & Co from September 2015 to May 2018.

Edmundson's earlier work experience includes various freelance roles in creative, marketing graphic design, promotional creative, video art direction, retouching, branding, and web design. Russell also gained expertise in POS and packaging, as well as print-ready artwork.

Russell Edmundson attended the Victoria University of Wellington from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Marketing & Business Diploma with a focus on Marketing. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, they studied Graphic Design at Northern Sydney TAFE and earned an Associate Diploma. In addition to their formal education, Russell also obtained a certification in Advertising on Instagram from LinkedIn in July 2018.
