Michelle Chapman has a diverse work experience history. Michelle started their career at Eagle Staffing Services in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant, where they filled in for a permanent employee on medical leave. Michelle'sresponsibilities included answering phones, greeting visitors, and conducting preliminary interviews with potential employees.

In 2010, Michelle joined FirmDesign, Inc. as a Project Manager. Michelle successfully managed multiple projects simultaneously, valued up to $50,000 for a single client, and maintained strong client relationships from project launch through completion. Additionally, they provided sales and marketing consultation, conducted meetings, wrote proposals and technical feature descriptions, and performed technical troubleshooting for clients.

Most recently, in 2016, Michelle joined AirTight Design as a Project Manager. In this role, they led teams in developing websites and web applications, managed client communication, deadlines, and resources, and ensured quality assurance. Michelle demonstrated strong leadership skills and actively participated in the development of various interactive projects.

Additionally, Michelle is currently working towards obtaining a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter, although the month and year of completion are unknown.
