Russ Castilow

Russ's hometown is Glendale, West Virginia and attended West Liberty University in nearby Wheeling. He then moved to South Carolina where he began his career in sales. Eventually to become branch manager with Julian Speer Mechanical in their branch location in Columbia, SC. There he became entrenched in the mechanical contracting industry learning from two influential mentors Samuel Shuman and Kenneth Wohlfarth. Russ was then recruited by McKenneys Inc. and after 10 years he joined AirTight where he designed, estimated, and sold projects in the mission critical and data center market for the next 13 years. Russ brings 26 years of experience to AirTight FaciliTech, and is currently the Vice President of the projects group.
