Simone García Ramos

Simone García Ramos has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. In 2019, they began their career at Globla BPO as a Customer Service representative, where they worked until April 2020. Simone then moved on to work at PyD as a Customer Service representative from July 2020 to February 2021.

Simone then joined Airtm, starting in April 2021, where they worked as a Verification agent for a brief period until June 2021. Simone then transitioned to the role of an Onboarding executive, responsible for tasks such as conducting detailed investigations, verifying client information, and implementing policies and procedures. Simone also performed analysis of customer documentation and KYC (Know Your Customer) to support the approval and maintenance of client accounts. Simone's work at Airtm included addressing customer issues, advising on requirements and onboarding status, as well as escalating accounts with financial crime problems.

Currently, Simone is working at Airtm as a KYC Analyst, starting in November 2022.

Simone García Ramos completed a Licenciatura degree in Relaciones Internacionales from Universidad 'Santa María' from 2013 to 2018. In addition, they obtained various certifications, including Procesamiento de datos en excel and Business analytics from Coderhouse in March 2023 and January 2023 respectively. Simone also earned an EF SET English Certificate with a score of 94/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in July 2022. Simone received certifications in topics such as Cómo trabajar con clientes enfadados, Trucos rápidos de OneDrive, Marketing online: Herramientas de optimización, and Técnicas de escritura creativa para negocios on LinkedIn in June and July 2020. Prior to that, they obtained certifications in Jóvenes Emprendedores en Derechos Humanos from startup Caracas Amnistia Internacional in January 2018, and as a Facilitadora en Metodologias Participativas from Amnistía Internacional Venezuela in November 2017. Simone also completed a certification in Modelo de Representaciones Diplomáticas y Comerciales from the Escuela de Estudios Internacionales at Universidad Santa María in January 2015. Lastly, they received a Business Analyst certification from Coderhouse in November 2022.
