Danny Allouche

Danny Allouche serves as the SVP and Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer at Avery Dennison, overseeing strategy and M&A activities with a portfolio of deals valued at approximately $3 billion. With extensive experience in corporate development, treasury operations, and capital allocation, Danny has held multiple leadership roles within Avery Dennison and has managed large cross-functional teams and significant asset portfolios. Additionally, Danny holds board positions at Airtouch Solar and Gauzy LTD, and previously worked at Shamrock Capital Advisors and Bain & Company, where responsibilities included investment sourcing, due diligence, and strategic transformations. Danny earned an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in Economics from Northwestern University.
