Nived Abhay

Nived Abhay is a Commercial Manager (EV Lead) at SSE Airtricity since June 2024, with prior experience as a Product Manager for Software Products & Offers at Volvo Cars from August 2020 to January 2024. Nived played a pivotal role in defining powertrain performance upgrades for electric vehicles, enhancing user experience, and executing strategic initiatives. Nived's varied experience includes roles such as Global Graduate in Modelling and Simulation, Control Systems Engineer, XR & ML Developer, Software Developer, Game Developer, and UX Researcher at Volvo Cars, contributing to both product development and research. Earlier experience includes a Master Thesis Project at DAF Trucks NV focusing on electric powertrains and a position as Projects and Marketing Manager at TU Delft Energy Club. Nived holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Delft University of Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from PSG Institute of Technology and Applied Research.
