Luca Melluso has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Buyer at Vodafone Italy. In 2004, they joined APC by Schneider Electric, where they held roles as a Configuration Engineer, Systems Engineer, and Solutions Engineer. Luca then moved to Schneider Electric in 2011, where they served as a Business Development Manager and Regional Business Development Manager, focusing on Cooling Solutions in the Asia-Pacific region, India, and Japan. In 2016, Luca joined IO as the Director of Solutions Engineering for Asia. Their responsibilities included designing and positioning DCaaS services and solutions, improving organizational efficiencies for clients, and developing profitability models. Lastly, in 2018, they joined AirTrunk as the Head of Customer Solutions, responsible for building strong customer relationships across Hyperscale, Cloud Providers, and e-Commerce giants in the APAC region.

Luca Melluso obtained a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Università degli Studi di Genova, which they completed from 1996 to 2002. In 2006, they attended the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program. Additionally, in 2005, they participated in various training programs such as Aslan Training - Sales Training and Management Development, Problem Solving Root-Cause Analysis Mastery Course, and a second session of the Stanford Advanced Project Management Program. Melluso also pursued a course in Public and Media Relations in the same year.
