Diane Strohfus

Diane Strohfus is an experienced human resources leader with a strong background in transforming organizational culture and operations. Currently serving on the Advisory Boards of Airvet and BrightPlan, as well as being a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council, Diane's previous roles include Chief People Officer at RMS, CHRO at Betterworks, and Head of HR at 8x8, Inc. Throughout a distinguished career, Diane has prioritized data-driven decision-making, talent acquisition, and leadership development, contributing significantly to companies such as Cisco Systems, where improvements in performance management resulted in enhanced employee engagement. Diane holds an MBA from Golden Gate University and a BS in Marketing and Management from Northern State University.
