Kathy Razvan is the Senior Vice President of People Operations at Airvet, bringing expertise in building scalable talent and people infrastructure to create a healthy culture. Kathy also serves as People Leader at StartupExperts, where Kathy collaborates with experienced leaders in HR, Finance, and Ops to tackle common business challenges collectively. Additionally, Kathy is an Advisor at PeopleTech Partners and previously held roles such as Head of Talent and People at Side, VP of Global Talent Acquisition (Consulting) at a B-Corp, and Vice President Talent Acquisition at RaiseMe. With a background in psychology and communication from San Francisco State University, Kathy also holds a broker license from the California Department of Real Estate.
