Kwang Hi Cho

Kwang Hi Cho has been working in the field of user experience since 2007. In that time, they have held a variety of roles at companies such as Electronic Arts, Sega of America, Inc., 3M/SCAD, Waypoint People Solutions, Hewlett-Packard, Global Digital User Experience & Platforms - Enterprise, Castlight Health, Blueshift, Twin, and Academy of Art University. Most recently, they have been a Principal Product Designer at Airvet since 2022. Prior to that, they were a User Experience Consultant at Blueshift (2020), Staff Product Designer, UX at Castlight Health (2016), UX/Interaction Designer at Hewlett-Packard (2013), UX Designer/Design Consultant at Waypoint People Solutions (2010), Interaction Designer, Consultant Team Member at 3M/SCAD (2011), Nintendo Standards Assistant Lead and Nintendo Compliancy & Standards at Sega of America (2008), and NASC Nintendo Compliance Analyst and Customer Quality Control QA Analyst at Electronic Arts (2007).

Kwang Hi Cho obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Interactive Design from the Savannah College of Art and Design between 2010 and 2012. Before that, they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (B.F.A.) in Computer Art with a concentration in 3D modeling from the Academy of Art University between 2001 and 2005. In addition, Cho obtained a PET Design (Persuassion, Emotion and Trust) certification from Human Factors International in March 2015, and a Certified ScrumMaster certification from Scrum Alliance in September 2013.
