Ashwini K Channan

Ashwini K Channan has extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Ashwini K currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Airvoice - Air Value Management System, a position they have held since November 2022. Prior to this, they also held the role of CEO at Airvoice.

Before joining Airvoice, Ashwini worked at Honeywell International India Pvt Ltd for a decade, where they held the position of Senior Director - Government Relations from December 2010 to July 2020. In this role, they developed a comprehensive policy and regulatory strategy, identified impacts to the business, and implemented action plans to address them with various stakeholders.

Ashwini's previous experience includes working as the Head of Corporate Affairs at HCL Infosystems Ltd from September 2009 to December 2010. Ashwini K also served as an Officer in the Indian Army from June 1980 to December 2002, holding various command-related positions and providing leadership in operational, training, and administrative matters. Ashwini K reached the rank of Lieutenant Colonel during their tenure.

Additionally, Ashwini has experience working in government and political roles. Ashwini K served as the OSD to Shri Jaswant Singh, Leader of Opposition Party, Indian Parliament from March 2005 to August 2009. In this role, they prepared policy-related papers, briefs on political affairs, and assisted in the preparation for Legislative debates. Ashwini K also worked as an Additional Private Secretary to the Finance Minister, Government of India from April 2003 to June 2004, managing media interactions and coordinating press releases.

Ashwini's diverse background includes a coursemate role at the National Defence Academy from January 1976 to June 1979.

Ashwini K Channan obtained their MSc degree in Defence Studies from the University of Madras in 1993.
