James Mak

James Mak is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in various roles within the technology sector. Currently, James serves as a Senior Consultant at Airwalk Reply since November 2019. Prior to this, James held significant positions at Cathay Pacific Airways as an Infrastructure Lead and at Principle One as a Technology Specialist Lead, where responsibilities included leading support specialists. James also has experience as an Information Officer I at Lingnan University and as a Technical Account Manager at Digital Empires Co. Ltd. Additionally, James was the Head of Data Center at TVB.COM Limited, overseeing operations. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
