Hanzhi Yang

Hanzhi Yang is an experienced product manager currently serving as a Staff Product Manager at Airwallex since 2025. Previously, Hanzhi worked at Grab from December 2020 to May 2025, where responsibilities included leading the development of behavior-shaping and insights products for over 4 million merchants in Southeast Asia as a Lead Product Manager and managing the Merchant Core Experience team as a Senior Product Manager. Earlier experience includes being the Business Product Manager and Logistics Team Lead at Shopee from August 2018 to August 2020 and working as a Design Engineer and Structural Engineer at Holmes Consulting in New Zealand from 2013 to 2017. Hanzhi holds a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD, where an INSEAD Diversity Scholarship was awarded, and a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Auckland.
