Justine Whitfield's work experience spans various roles in product management, project management, and consulting. Justine started their career in 1998 at Credit Suisse Asset Management in London, where they worked in the Portfolio Administration Operations Department.

Justine then moved on to Christchurch College of Education in 2002, initially as the Marketing and International Student Coordinator for the School of Business, and later as a Project Manager for the same department.

In 2006, Justine joined House of Travel as an IT Business Analyst, and in 2009, they briefly served as an IT Scrum Master. Justine continued their career at House of Travel in 2010 as an IT Project Manager until July, when they transitioned to Emendo Limited as a Project Manager and Consultant.

From 2010 to 2013, Justine worked at PayGlobal as a Reporting & Business Information Manager and later as a Product Strategy Manager, where they drove product vision and strategy.

In 2013, Justine joined Airways New Zealand as a Product Manager before progressing to Manager of Product Development. From 2016 to 2018, they served as the Product Director for AIL Training at Airways International, where they were responsible for developing profitable products and leading the product management team. Since October 2018, Justine has been the Head of Products (Digital) for Airways International, overseeing a diverse portfolio of innovative solutions for global aviation customers.

Justine Whitfield's education history begins in 2000 when they attended Christchurch College of Education. During their time there, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Management degree with a focus on Information Systems and Marketing. Justine completed this program in 2001.

Following their graduation from Christchurch College of Education, Justine enrolled at the University of Canterbury in 2003. Justine pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree with a specialization in Management. This program lasted for two years and concluded in 2005.

Seeking further education, Justine continued their studies at the University of Canterbury, where they pursued a Master of Commerce (Hons) degree in Management. Justine began this program in 2006 and completed it in 2008.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Justine also holds a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance. The details regarding the obtained month and year for this certification are not provided.
