Denise Chariya

Denise Chariya currently serves as the Vice President of Marketing - Parts Strategy at Airxcel, Inc., a position held since July 2025. Prior to this role, Denise was actively involved with the RV Women's Alliance, serving as Board Chair and in other board capacities from April 2021 to August 2025. Denise's extensive marketing career includes leadership positions at THOR Industries, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed Director of Marketing and Associate Director of Marketing focusing on strategy, brand, and insights. Additional experience includes roles at Simon/Myers, Balance, Wilton Brands, and Advantage Solutions, with a proven track record in developing strategic marketing initiatives and managing key client relationships. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Marketing, and Management from Elmira College, earned between 2003 and 2007.
