Dineshbabu MacHarla

Dineshbabu Macharla has extensive experience in the glass manufacturing industry, currently serving as the Head of Hot End at Asahi India Glass Limited since March 2023, overseeing the entire Hot End department. Prior to this role, Dineshbabu was the Head of Furnace & Batch House at AGI Greenpac from June 2021 to February 2023, focusing on specialty glass operations. Dineshbabu's career began at AGI Glaspac as a Junior Engineer, where responsibilities included managing furnace and batch house operations. Dineshbabu further developed skills in glass melting tank furnace operations and maintenance during tenure as Assistant Manager at PGP Glass Pvt. Ltd. Dineshbabu holds a Bachelor's degree in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Ceramics and a Diploma in Ceramic Technology from the Government Institute of Ceramic Technology.
