Shailesh Ranjan Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience at Asahi India Glass Limited (AIS) since November 2007, where roles have included Business Head, Head of Business Planning, Zonal Head, and Strategy Business Planning Manager, alongside a focus on technical marketing as a Senior Manager. Shailesh has a proven track record in managing sales, distribution, and promotion of products across India, and in enhancing information systems as a Senior Area Manager. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Executive at Keuhne + Nagel Pvt Ltd, specializing in shipment planning and customer relationship management. Shailesh holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Chetanas Ramprasad Khandelwal Institute of Management and Research, completed between 2004 and 2006. Education was also pursued at Rotary School in Daltonganj from 1986 to 1993.
