Sunny Chawla (LION) has over 10 years of experience in the corporate world. In 2010, they started their career as Vice President of Sales at AIS Technolabs Pvt Ltd. Later that year, they co-founded Alliance Recruitment Agency and served as its CEO and Managing Director. At Alliance, they established a team of experienced professionals in Human Resource Management and provided services to corporate in different industries across the geography with Human Capital Management.
