Betsy has a strong background in operations, having served as Chief Operations Officer at ImplixIT, LLC, and held various leadership positions at Akamai Technologies and the Department of Defense/DISA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts from Shippensburg University and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Political Science from Immaculata University, along with additional training at the Defense Acquisition University.
