Jessica Gross has a diverse work experience in sales and account management roles. Jessica currently serves as the Director of Account Management at Aisera, a leading provider of generative AI and automation solutions. Prior to that, they were the Director of Sales for IVA Solutions at Five9. Jessica has also worked as a Strategic Account Manager at NewVoiceMedia and held various roles at Five9, including Manager of Sales Account Management, Account Manager, and Sales Development. Jessica has experience in the banking industry as well, having worked as a Personal Banker at Citi and a Senior Personal Banker at Bank of America.
