Roland Soueid began their work experience in 2002 as a Site Engineer at Automation & Controls sarl, where they designed and developed plans for Building Management Systems (BMS) for various projects. Roland also designed and established an Intrusion and Fire Detection System for a residential building and worked on programming the BMS for a private museum. In 2003, they joined Aïshti as an Information Technology Manager and later became the Chief Information Officer. In this role, they oversaw the design and deployment of corporate information systems and managed a technology budget exceeding $1.5 million.

Roland Soueid completed their education at École supérieure d'ingénieurs de Beyrouth, Université Saint-Joseph from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Telecommunications and Network Engineering.
