Sahil Mehra

Sahil Mehra currently serves as Vice President of Strategy and Transformation at Aistra Labs, an AI adoption and virtualization company, focusing on developing the Finance and Accounting vertical since January 2024. Previously, Sahil held managerial positions at Kearney from August 2019 to January 2024, where work concentrated on growth and transformation strategies within the software and telecom sectors. Earlier experience includes an investment professional role at 1Crowd, supporting early-stage startup investments, and a fellowship at The First Microfinance Bank, revitalizing research and product development under the CEO's guidance. Additionally, Sahil served as Co-Treasurer and Head of Strategic Planning at FoodShare Toronto, overseeing financial stewardship and strategic planning for the organization.
