Naeill Leigh

Naeill Leigh serves as the Senior Vice President of Strategy and Transformation for Workplace Solutions at Lincoln Financial since June 2023. Prior to this role, Naeill held various positions at MetLife from September 2016 to June 2023. Naeill's career began at Price Waterhouse Coopers as a Consultant from January 2007 to January 2008, followed by a position as a Product Manager in the Server Access Virtualization Business Unit at Cisco Systems from January 2008 to January 2013, where development of the UCS Manager software was spearheaded. Additionally, Naeill served as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from January 2014 to January 2016, focusing on delivering customer experiences and go-to-market strategies. Educationally, Naeill holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and two Bachelor's Degrees in Telecommunications Engineering from UNSW.
