Bill Haenlin

Bill Haenlin has extensive work experience in various director-level positions in the technology industry. Bill currently serves as the Director of Cyber Security for AIT - Technology Design Solutions. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Information Technology for Safeguard Medical and as the Director of Managed Services for Olive + Goose. Bill also served as the Implementation Engineering Manager at Flexential and the Strategy Business Planning Manager at Ally. In addition, they held leadership positions at SolidQ, Avanade, Azaleos, and Microsoft Corp, where they gained experience in service delivery, operations management, and technical support. Bill'sroles involved developing strategies, managing teams, and driving revenue growth for the respective organizations.

Bill Haenlin attended the ICM School of Business from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business Management and Computer Science. In 2018, they also obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
