Jennifer McGill

Jennifer McGill has extensive experience in security, risk governance, and documentation, currently serving as Director of Platform Enablement & Security at Darwin CX since July 2025. Previously, as Senior Manager of Security & Trust at ApplyBoard, Jennifer led the transformation of enterprise security by establishing frameworks that promoted decentralized accountability and cross-functional engagement, designed an Application Security Program, and launched a comprehensive risk governance strategy. In prior roles at PointClickCare and Agricorp, Jennifer advanced business resiliency and improved documentation practices, respectively. Jennifer began a career in information design at The Canadian Depository for Securities Limited, where contributions included developing scalable content systems. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Arts in Honours English from the University of Waterloo.
