Amanda Costa is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Gerente Comercial Regional at AIT Ingredients since May 2022, Amanda previously held the position of Especialista de Aplicação Técnica e Novos Negócios at Prozyn BioSolutions from November 2020 to April 2022. Amanda's career began as Auxiliar de Laboratório at Produtos Alimentícios Ziviani Ltda, followed by a role as Engenheira de Alimentos at Moinho Guaçu Mirim from July 2012 to October 2020. Amanda holds a degree in Engenharia de Alimentos from Faculdade de Jaguariúna and further pursued Gestão de Processos Industriais at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
