Olivier JOUFFREAU is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and business development, currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at AIT Ingredients since May 2005. In this role, Olivier has been instrumental in implementing commercial strategies for the Middle East and North Africa / ASIA zone, focusing on selling ingredient solutions for the Baking & Milling industry. Prior to this position, Olivier was the Export Sales Development Manager at AIT Ingredients, responsible for global business development.
