Renaud Marquis currently serves as the Responsable de production at AIT Ingredients since August 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Responsable qualité and Amélioration continue at CAOUTCHOUC MANUFACTURÉ DE L'OISE, where Renaud achieved a 50% reduction in non-quality costs and maintained ISO9001 certification. Renaud also worked at Upscience, managing production and personnel while enhancing productivity by 50% and increasing service rates from 65% to 85%. Earlier roles at DIVERCHIM and ALSACHIM SAS involved leading product catalog creation and scientific project management, resulting in significant process improvements and new product development. Renaud holds a Doctorate in organic chemistry from Université Louis Pasteur and an engineering degree from ECPM.
