Currently serving as Production Manager at AIT Ingredients since December 2020, Suhail previously held the position of Warehouse Coordinator at Sumitomo Rubber South Africa (Pty) Ltd. from May 2015 to November 2020. Suhail's career began as a Production Supervisor at Pioneer Foods, where employment lasted from January 1999 to April 2015. Suhail completed education at Greytown Secondary School.
