Nick Segar

Nick Segar has extensive work experience in the staffing industry. Nick began their career as an Account Manager at Ingenium Inc in January 2005, where they handled candidate qualifications, short-listed resumes, and confirmed consultants' pay rates and availability. Nick worked in this role until August 2013. In October 2013, they joined Aita Consulting Services Inc as the Director of Sales, Operations & Business Development. In this position, they focused on developing multiple profitable offices, leveraging existing relationships for growth, mentoring team members, and overseeing various divisions in professional staffing.

Nick Segar obtained a Masters degree in Computer Science from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Metropolitan Campus between 1999 and 2001.
