Rafael Mérida Camarena

Rafael Martinez is a Water Resources Specialist I at the State of Arizona, where responsibilities include researching land/property descriptions and preparing water resource management reports. Previously, Rafael held positions as a Fraud Investigator, conducting investigations related to benefit fraud, and as a Fraud & Claims OPS Specialist II at Wells Fargo, where tasks involved detecting fraudulent transactions and documenting findings.
