AITHO is a Digital Service Company with the mission of promoting a positive impact in Sicily through the retention, return and development of qualified human capital. The company offers software consultancy services for the design, development, and implementation of web applications and system integration through Agile methodologies. AITHO’s Developers Academy enables the growth of students and recent graduates through structured training and on-the-job learning programs. In 2021 a second-level national contract was signed to regulate Smart Working as a definitive work methodology, and to introduce benefits and welfare policies designed together with the employees.
