The company offers software consultancy services for the design, development, and implementation of web applications and system integration through Agile methodologies.

AITHO’s Developers Academy enables the growth of students and recent graduates through structured training and on-the-job learning programs.

At AITHO, the workplace is considered a great space for exchange and collaboration among resources. In 2021 a second-level national contract was signed to regulate Smart Working as a definitive work methodology, and to introduce benefits and welfare policies designed together with the employees. In 2023 the company is taking further steps by announcing the distribution of equity to workers and the possibility for a representative to participate in the board of directors.
