Jerome Windsor, PharmD, MBA, has an extensive work experience in various roles within the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Jerome currently serves as the SVP of Business Development and Strategic Alliances at Aitia. In this position, they are responsible for commercial strategy, marketing, product development, and strategic alliances. Prior to joining Aitia, they worked as the SVP of Corporate Development and Product Strategy at GNS Healthcare. Jerome has also worked as a Business and Strategy Advisor at Cardiologs, where they provided valuable insights and guidance on investment decisions. Additionally, they worked as a Consultant and Acting CBO/COO at Boston Digital Bio Consulting, assisting biopharma and healthtech companies in their digital transformation and growth strategies. Before that, they served as the Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Median Technologies, where they played a key role in the development of machine learning solutions for cancer treatment. Prior to that, they were a Founding Member of ANS Biotech. Jerome also has experience working at UnitedHealth Group as the VP of Business and Strategic Alliances, overseeing the Global Clinical Research Services division. Throughout their career, they have worked with top biopharmaceutical companies such as GSK, Roche, Sanofi, Novartis, and Bayer. Jerome started their career at Pricewaterhousecoopers as a Consultant and later as a Consultant at Accenture. Jerome Windsor earned their Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD) from Université de Caen Normandie between 1988 and 1995. Jerome then pursued further education and completed an MBA degree at ESSEC Business School from 1994 to 1996. In 2009, they attended The Wharton School and completed the Executive Leadership Program.
