Miriam Mortalla

Miriam Mortalla has had a varied career in the Human Resources and healthcare fields. In 2021, they began working as Lead Recruiter and Selection Team Coordinator at Aiudo. In 2020, they were a Consultor in Recursos Humanos at Intercoop Consultoría. From 2019 to 2018, they were a Técnico de Selección de Personal at Manpower España, where they provided first-level office attention to candidates and answered queries from employees regarding payment days and document collection. In 2018, they also worked as a Técnico de Selección de Personal at Cuidum, where they screened curricula, conducted interviews, and requested and processed documentation from caregivers. In the same year, they were an Especialista Sanitario at Hospital Clínico. Finally, from 2016 to 2018, they were a Voluntario in Psicología at the Asociación Parkinson de La Roda CIRENC.

Miriam Mortalla obtained their Grado in Psicología from the University of Valencia in 2018. Miriam then pursued a Máster Oficial in Dirección y Gestión de Recursos Humanos from the same university, which they are expected to complete in 2021. In 2014, Mortalla also completed a Psicología course from the Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche. In March 2022, they obtained a Curso de Atención Centrada en la Persona certification from ACTIVIZA.
