Jakub Miklis

Jakub Miklis is currently a Program Manager in the Machine Building Department at AIUT. Previously, Jakub held the position of Deputy Technical Director at BLUMENBECKER ENGINEERING POLSKA. Throughout their career, Jakub has shown a keen interest in Design Thinking, Employee Experience, and Communication Design. Jakub's professional expertise lies in new management models, organization development, industrial robotics, and business process modeling. With a strong background in engineering and project leadership, Jakub has successfully managed various projects for companies like IKEA Industry Poland, Volkswagen, and BSH Home Appliances Group. Jakub's educational background includes a Postgraduate Degree in User Experience Design/Product Design, Postgraduate Studies in Management, and a MSc in Information Processing for Control.
