Deepak Cutinha has over 28 years of work experience in the IT industry. Deepak started their career in 1993 as a Support Executive in the Computer Department at ITC Limited (Welcom Group of Hotels). In 1997, they joined Tata Infotech as a Support Engineer in the System Support Group. In 2000, they moved to HCL Technologies (HPS) as a Unix System Administrator in the Support Services Group. From 2001 to 2013, they worked at Nokia Siemens Networks as a Senior Technical Support Specialist and Technical Support Specialist/ Laboratory Engineer. In 2013, they joined Redknee as a Senior Technical Support Specialist. From 2014 to 2015, they worked at mfore as a Customer Support Manager. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at Comptel as a Technical Support Manager. Finally, they joined Aiven in 2021 as a Technical Support Manager.

Deepak Cutinha's education history consists of a diploma in Computer Science from the National Institute of Information Technology from 1993 to 1994, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Biology from Gulbarga University from 1991 to 1993, and a diploma in System Management from the National Institute of Information Technology from 1993 to present.
