Irina Kusyk

Irina Kusyk has held a variety of roles in their professional career. Irina began as the Chairperson of the Association of Ukrainian Students in Lower Saxony in 2012, then interned with Offener Hochschule Niedersachsen in 2013. Irina also served as the Spokesperson of Foreign Students at the University of Hanover in 2013. In 2014, they interned with Schulz & Cie. GmbH. From 2015 to 2020, they worked with emagine Consulting, where they were a Senior Service Delivery Manager and a Recruiter IT Automotive. Irina then joined Aiven in 2020, where they are currently a Lead Recruiter Product/ Engineering and a Tech Recruiter.

Irina Kusyk has an education history that includes a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Russian, Central European, East European and Eurasian Studies from Freie Universität Berlin, a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English Language and Literature, General from Leibniz Universität Hannover, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Lesya Ukrainka East European National University. Irina also holds a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn, obtained in January 2023.
