Karthick Ramalingam has four years of professional experience. Karthick began their career in 2013 as a L2/L3 Wireless Network Engineer at the Department of Education and Training in Victoria, Australia. In 2016, they moved to Haylix where they held the role of Cloud Support Engineer. Theirresponsibilities included managing, and supporting, highly available, and fault tolerant systems on AWS, managing and maintaining tools to automate operational processes, managing and monitoring the cloud infrastructure systems and services using Datadog, and selecting the appropriate AWS service based on compute, data, or security requirements. In 2019, they joined Consegna as a Cloud Application Support Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they began their role as Senior Support Engineer at Aiven.

Karthick Ramalingam obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communications Engineering from the University of Madras between 1998 and 2002. In 2017, they obtained the AWS Certified Solution Architect - Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). In 2020, they obtained the AWS Certifies SysOps Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
