Olena Kutsenko has a wealth of work experience spanning from 2006 to 2021. Olena began their career at Economic News, newspaper, in 2006 as a Content Manager, Web-site Administrator, and Marketing Specialist. In 2007, they joined Unwind Technology as a Software Developer, where they were involved in the development of a web-based product. From 2008 to 2012, Olena worked at GlobalLogic as a Software Developer, where they were responsible for designing and developing front end applications, analyzing requirements, testing and resolving issues, and preparing documents and reports. During this time, they also had an internship at SAP Research. In 2011, Olena participated in the Google Summer of Code with the Inclusive Design Institute. From 2012 to 2014, they worked at HERE Technologies as a Sr. Software Engineer and Lead Software Engineer, where they were responsible for building quick prototypes, translating insights from research into product development, and following up with management on questions of relevance to business goals. In 2020, Olena joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a Software Engineer, and in 2021 they began working at Aiven as a Senior Developer Advocate and Developer Advocate.
