Oskari Saarenmaa

Oskari Saarenmaa is the CEO and Co-founder of Aiven, a cloud software startup focused on providing fully managed cloud services based on leading Open Source database and streaming systems since April 2015. In addition, Oskari serves as a board member for Slush and Supermetrics, and previously held the positions of Software Architect and CEO at Ohmu Ltd from December 2010 to December 2016, and board member at Taisia Ltd from June 2005 to December 2012. Oskari's early career includes significant roles at F-Secure Corporation, where development of a low-latency key-value database and leadership of the F-Secure SSH for Unix project were key contributions, as well as experience at Exomi and an internship at Nokia Research Center. Oskari graduated from the University of Helsinki.
