Rubén Díaz has gained extensive work experience in various roles throughout their career. Rubén started their professional journey as an Auxiliar de Técnico Verificador at Nuevo Aire de Oaxaca S.A. de C.V. in 2001. Rubén then went on to work as an Auxiliar de Contabilidad and a Técnico Verificador before taking on the role of Auxiliar de Gerencia from 2003 to 2005.

Rubén Díaz has a diverse education history in the field of marketing and administration. In 2002-2006, they attended Universidad Anáhuac de Oaxaca, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. In the same year, they also completed a Diploma in Digital Community Management at Universidad Sergio Arboleda.
