Maurizio Paganessi

Maurizio Paganessi is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and technical leadership. Currently serving as Co-founder and CTO at Aivora Solutions since October 2020, Maurizio previously held the position of Tech Specialist and Team Leader at Bluetab Solutions, where responsibilities included the design and coordination of the Adecco IBERIA API platform. At MotorK Spain, from 2015 to 2019, Maurizio managed technical teams and oversaw enterprise technical merges, utilizing technologies such as Groovy, Grails, and Amazon AWS. Early career experiences include a research collaboration at the University of Milan and roles as a Junior Analyst and Developer at Finservice SpA. Maurizio holds a degree in Musical Informatics from the Università degli Studi di Milano.
