Aravind R. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CTO of Niti AI since July 2022, Aravind focuses on developing AI agents for retention marketing tailored to modern D2C brands. As a Guest Professor at BITS Pilani, Aravind teaches graduate students in the M. Tech program. With a background that includes significant roles at Uber as an Engineering Manager, Aravind led multiple teams, innovated fraud management systems, and oversaw the development of high-scale distributed systems. Previous experience includes engineering positions at Microsoft and Convergys, with foundational academic credentials that include a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
