🧑🚀 Florian Dyballa

Florian Dyballa is an experienced entrepreneur and CEO. In 2010, they founded abilife.de®, a company for which they served as the founder until their exit in 2012. That same year, Florian was a Stipendiat at Otto Group. In 2021, they joined the Entrepreneurs' Organization as an EO Accelerator. Currently, Florian is the CEO and Co-Founder of Aivy®, a company that helps individuals discover their talents and skills, and helps businesses find the right people for the job. In 2022, Florian will be a Participating Start-up at K.I.E.Z. Künstliche Intelligenz Entrepreneurship Zentrum.

Florian Dyballa is currently enrolled in the HHL Executive Entrepreneurship Certificate program at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, which they are expected to complete in 2021. From 2018 to 2020, they completed the PROFUND Innovation program at Freie Universität Berlin. From 2011 to 2017, they studied Wirtschaftspsychologie (1,7) at Leuphana University of Lüneburg.
