Darshan Gururaj

Darshan Gururaj has over nine years of work experience in the software industry. Darshan is currently working as a Software Test Automation Expert at AIXTRON SE since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Amiti Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer from October 2015 to August 2017. In this role, Darshan collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop accurate estimation efforts for regression testing, designed and developed a reusable Hybrid Automation Framework, and translated manual test cases into automation scripts using HP UFT. Before that, they worked as a Freelance Video Editor at Fiverr from January 2015 to October 2015, where they created motion graphics and animations, edited camera footage, and conducted post-production tasks. Darshan also has experience as a Software Test Engineer at Wipro from June 2013 to December 2014, where they conducted business requirements analysis, served as a liaison between clients and offshore teams, and developed test scenarios and test cases.

Darshan Gururaj completed their Master of Science degree in Usability Engineering from Rhine-Waal University from 2017 to 2021. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Computer Applications degree from Jain (Deemed-to-be University) between 2010 and 2013. In addition to their formal education, Darshan has obtained certifications in "Learning Selenium" from LinkedIn in February 2022 and "Test Automation Foundations" from LinkedIn in November 2021.
